Reuters New Text-to-Speech podcasting Comment
Text-to-speech technology can be used in some good ways as Reuters has shown with its http://labs.reuters.com audio service (which I wrote). It is hard to listen to long publications using text-to-speech technology, but we use it to provide short stories for the top ten articles in each of their news categories we have. http://labs.reuters.com/audio/news
